What we store

• Account: your name, email address, callsigns, an optional photo, bio and location text.
• Your shack: its name and description, your grid square (shown publicly at grid-square accuracy only, never as a street address) and station details.
• Logs: the QSOs you upload, including the callsigns of the stations you worked.
• Spots: spots you post, and the callsign that posted them.
• Supporters: payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We keep a record of your supporter status.
• Analytics: first-party page-view counts with a one-way hashed IP address. No third-party trackers.

What's public

Your callsign, name, photo, bio, shack details, activations and award progress are public unless you switch your profile to private. Your email address is never public and is never returned by the API.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, make it private, export your logs, or delete your account at any time from your account pages.
